Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "92bar," "we," "us," or "the Company" refers to the entity operating the 92bar platform and all related services accessible at 92bar.bio.
• "Platform" means the 92bar website, mobile interface, and all associated software, content, and services available to registered users.
• "Player," "you," or "user" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the 92bar platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account held by a registered player on the 92bar platform, identified by a unique username and associated with a PKR wallet.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the player and held in the player's 92bar PKR wallet, available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or bonus funds credited by 92bar under specific promotional terms, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before conversion to a withdrawable balance.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a sportsbook market, casino game, live dealer table, or any other gaming product available on the platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity and payment-method verification process required for withdrawal eligibility and continued account access.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering, the set of procedures and checks applied to financial transactions on the platform in accordance with international standards.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency of all 92bar accounts and transactions.

Access to and use of the 92bar platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you access the platform.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.

• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of 92bar or any of its affiliates, suppliers, or technology partners.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid CNIC number, residential address, active mobile number, and a valid payment method registered in your own name. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

92bar reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided during or after registration, including certified copies of your CNIC, utility bills, and payment method ownership proof. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe stipulated by 92bar's compliance team may result in account suspension or closure.

Each eligible player is entitled to register and maintain exactly one (1) account on the 92bar platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual, household, device, or shared IP address is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 92bar will close all but the earliest-registered account and may forfeit any bonuses, promotional winnings, or balances accrued across duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. 92bar strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) through the account security settings panel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are active will be treated as authorised by you.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 92bar's support team immediately via live chat. 92bar will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the account during the investigation period. 92bar accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep login credentials secure.

92bar may, at its sole discretion, suspend or close any account that has been inactive (no login or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more. Prior to such action, 92bar will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder at their registered email address or mobile number. Any remaining balance in a dormant account at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with 92bar's dormancy policy communicated in that notification.

92bar accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT. Available payment methods, minimum deposit amounts, and applicable processing fees are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and may trigger an AML review. Accepted deposits are credited to your PKR wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will only be processed after you have completed the full KYC verification process. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. 92bar does not accept withdrawal requests to payment accounts in third-party names. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by 92bar's finance team and are processed within the timeframes published in the cashier help section.

92bar reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant, the account has recently changed personal details, or where AML procedures require additional scrutiny.

• All funds deposited must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested, unless 92bar's cashier policy states otherwise at the time of deposit.
• 92bar does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals; however, payment providers may apply their own transaction fees which are outside 92bar's control.
• Deposits made via USDT will be credited at the PKR exchange rate applicable at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. The exchange rate is displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.

92bar offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, which are published on the respective promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms and Conditions.

The following general bonus rules apply to all 92bar promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus credits are added to your Bonus Balance and must meet the specified wagering (rollover) requirement before they become available for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount credited, not on any winnings generated from that bonus.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus balance and associated winnings not converted within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except upon full completion of wagering requirements.
• 92bar reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who are mid-way through meeting a wagering requirement at the time of cancellation will be given reasonable opportunity to complete that requirement.

All bets and wagers placed on the 92bar sportsbook and casino are subject to the specific rules of each product, sport, or game type, which are published in the relevant help and rules sections of the platform. These product-specific rules form part of these Terms and Conditions and take precedence over general wagering provisions where there is a conflict.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on 92bar:

• A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by 92bar's system and a unique bet reference number has been issued. Bets not confirmed by the system for any reason — including but not limited to connectivity interruptions — are void.
• 92bar reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets that were opened or priced in error due to technical fault, data feed error, or human input error. Void bets will be refunded to the player's PKR wallet in full.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. 92bar reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific accounts or markets without prior notice.
• All casino game outcomes, including slots, live dealer games, and crash games, are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physically dealt cards or spun wheels in a professional studio environment. 92bar does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Bets placed after the scheduled start time of a sporting event ("late bets") may be voided at 92bar's discretion, particularly where the outcome of the event was already known or substantially determined at the time of placement.

For cricket and PSL markets specifically, settlement is based on the official result as declared by the governing body of the competition concerned (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL events). In the event of a match abandonment, result reversal, or official scoring amendment, 92bar will re-settle affected bets in accordance with its cricket-specific rules published in the sportsbook help section.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 92bar platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating or benefiting from more than one account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or pricing errors in 92bar's systems for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of known or suspected errors must be reported to 92bar and will be forfeited.
• Using VPN services, proxy servers, or other technical means to circumvent geographic access restrictions imposed by 92bar.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or wagering on events where you have access to non-public information that would confer an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or poker variants to the detriment of other participants.
• Using the 92bar platform to launder money or facilitate any other unlawful financial activity. All transactions on 92bar are monitored for compliance with international AML standards.
• Engaging in harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at 92bar staff or other players through any platform channel including live chat.

92bar is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all players on its platform. Gambling is intended solely as a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a source of income, a method of recovering financial losses, or a solution to financial difficulties.

92bar provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders at no charge, accessible directly through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 7 days.

• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any 92bar software or content.
• Use the 92bar brand name, logo, or any confusingly similar marks in connection with any third-party product, service, or website.

Any unauthorised use of 92bar's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92bar's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the platform, these Terms and Conditions, or any related services shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

92bar is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of anticipated winnings or profits that were not yet confirmed or credited to your account.
• Data loss or corruption arising from technical faults, platform downtime, or maintenance periods.
• Interruptions to service caused by internet connectivity issues, third-party payment provider outages, or force majeure events.

While 92bar makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability and accurate data, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions, and by accepting these Terms you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy in its current published form.

In summary, 92bar uses personal data to:

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions in compliance with AML and KYC obligations.

Closure by You: If you wish to close your 92bar account voluntarily, please contact our support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. Any remaining Real Money Balance after pending withdrawal requests have been fulfilled will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Closure by 92bar: 92bar reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at its sole discretion without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Identification of underage gambling or other eligibility failures.
• Suspicious activity triggering AML or fraud concerns that cannot be resolved through standard verification procedures.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or other lawful instruction requiring account closure.

Where 92bar closes an account due to a breach by the player, any Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where the breach is confirmed, forfeiture of all balances may apply. 92bar's decision in such matters, made in good faith after reasonable investigation, is final.

92bar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 92bar will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92bar holds its international gaming license. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between you and 92bar through our standard complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.

Nothing in this clause prevents you from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect your immediate interests pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.
